Ayurveda Study Group

Join us at Manifest Health as we explore the medical branch of yoga. Ayurveda is the traditional natural medical system of India. It has been in continuous practice for over 5000 years. The Study Group will be held on Monday evenings from 7:00-8:30 and run every other Monday starting September 27th at $10 per session.
